Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll operations from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Process payroll data accurately and efficiently, adhering to established deadlines.
- Conduct thorough audits of all payroll records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze complex payroll issues, collecting and evaluating relevant information to find solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement ongoing process improvements.
- Three years of experience in Australian payroll administration.
- Proficiency in payroll processing software and systems, including Kronos and Oracle HR.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Superb interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
