About the Role

The Business Process Optimizer plays a critical role in streamlining organizational efficiency and driving business excellence.

As a member of the Value Stream Management Office, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Lean, Agile, and Value Stream Management principles to make a meaningful impact at their organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Value Stream Leadership to define customer value and identify end-to-end processes that deliver it.
  • Analyze flow data to identify bottlenecks and recommend structural changes to improve flow and reduce organizational friction.
  • Oversee the creation and evolution of the value stream network at the enterprise level.
  • Guide decisions around platforms, tools, and training based on their impact on flow and value delivery.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date visual artifacts to support planning, communication, and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Lean, Agile, and Value Stream Management principles and practices.
  • Significant Value Stream experience with the ability to support and encourage effective teams.
  • Change tolerance and willingness to challenge the status quo to meet changing client needs and market opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and its application in large-scale Agile environments.
