About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. This role is responsible for optimizing business processes, ensuring data accuracy, and upholding quality standards across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across finance, sales, IT, and HR
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
