Lead Business Process Optimization Specialist

This role seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives that optimize operations in reviewing Sales Accounts data. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business process design, documentation, or similar work experience, and intermediate skills in Python for data analysis and wrangling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update Data in Salesforce: Conduct ad hoc or batch updates on accounts in Salesforce that adhere to the Sales Rules of Engagement within the organization.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work with leaders across departments to create requirements for improving sales data/accounts.
  • Review Sales Data: Ensure integrity and accuracy of existing sales data and manage data using various tools.
  • Business Analysis: Perform business process analysis and improvements on current rules/policies to define sales data/accounts.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and document workflows to improve team efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in business process design, documentation, or similar work experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Python for data analysis and wrangling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience handling sales data via Salesforce is an asset.
  • Critical Thinking and Presentation Skills: Ability to assemble, interpret, and apply critical thinking to data to counsel decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills.
