Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting strategy and operations globally.

  • As the head of global accounting, you will be responsible for owning and implementing the accounting strategy, including vision, projects, and team structure for AP/AR areas worldwide.
  • You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly AP/AR financial statements, consolidating and reporting data for over 25 entities.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing best-in-class accounting processes, as well as managing improvement resources and performance reporting.
  • Key responsibilities include leading projects, identifying opportunities for business growth and profitability, and supporting the accounting sub-team in delivering high-quality statements.
  • Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and driving professional development within a team.
