Managers for account execution. **Data Centric** **Can run their own calls** **Spot opportunities and propose solutions** **Present items and provide recommendations** Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a team of 3-4 BI Strategic partners and 12-15 global accounts Associate Director – Manage 3 strategic partners, proficiency in relevant competencies (development provided) Director – Manage 4+ strategic partners with a focus on special projects Mentor new and established BI Strategic Partners Oversee BI project deployment, management, and measurement Understand Lean Six Sigma concepts Build critical client relationships as a thought leader Contribute ideas, recommendations, and innovative solutions daily Manage time effectively, work independently, deliver tasks on schedule Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on data-driven strategies Create detailed project plans for performance improvement Provide feedback on process and system opportunities based on data Engage leadership proactively to prevent escalations and penalties Plan for ramp-up, manage projects, ensure performance strategy execution Maintain high client satisfaction and adhere to contractual commitments Demonstrate unique skills to add team value Align BI and project focus with clients regularly Master data visualization and standardization techniques Assess team strengths and assign goals accordingly Make strategic decisions impacting current and future business states Evaluate risks and make informed decisions for growth Respond quickly to change and challenges Encourage creativity, process improvements, and innovative solutions Lead with empathy, support team members' experiences and perspectives Drive coaching, development, and ensure quality in calls and projects Understand employee personalities for effective team engagement Manage remote and in-person team motivation and management Provide constructive feedback to manage team bandwidth Teach effective communication skills Build data flows where none exist Handle HR responsibilities for direct reports Align hiring with BI strategic profiles (85%) Inspect PMP calls, planning documents, and rotations Prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, manage time Manage team and individual budgets successfully Develop talent from Sr.

Manager to Associate Director level Oversee new PMP launches, including training and structural changes Travel as required for client meetings, QBRs, and pitches Position Requirements: Preferably, prior experience as Director/Sr. Director or equivalent Experience managing multiple accounts and diverse industries Proven ability to lead Sr. Managers Data analysis skills to improve sales, efficiency, or satisfaction Efficient resource utilization for cost-effective value Strong Excel/SPSS and PowerPoint skills to narrate data stories Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, COPC, ISO, PMO is preferred Regular interaction with senior executives, locally and internationally Experience in start-up implementation and re-design projects Skills transfer and process improvement experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proactive, critical thinker, team player, positive attitude Willing to work shifts and travel (~20%) This role requires calmness, purposefulness, good judgment in high-stress environments, and team-oriented leadership to support advisors and agents.
