About the role ….

• Be working in a small SMSF team learning directly from our SMSF Director
• Deal with challenging compliance issues and investment asset classes.
• Raise query lists and understand what is required as support for preparation of the workpapers.
• Proficient in Class data entry.
• Assist with auditor's queries.
• Career progression and personal development through mentoring and early direct relationships with Directors

About you ….

We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:

• A minimum 2 years SMSF experience
• Admin role of collation and saving down into relevant folders of the source documents (we will provide training/guidance on how to do this) and advise what source documents are missing to get the work started.
• Expertise and strong familiarity in managed fund portfolio, not just listed shares . Such as Crestone, BTwrap , Evans & Partners to name a few.
• Passion for your career and development
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Class software skills
• Some basic knowledgeable in SISA and SISR specifically around, in house assets, contributions and pensions.
• Experience in completing accounts from inception with guidance from us to complete, including preparing workpapers.
