Job Title: Commercial Growth Lead

Shopee is looking for a skilled professional to lead the development and execution of business growth strategies, manage key account relationships, and supervise a team of sales and key account managers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing commercial growth strategies, developing online merchandising and promotion proposals, and managing key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. Additionally, they will oversee a team of sales and key account managers, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • Experience with management consulting, business development, sales, or account management (E-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Currently or previously in a leadership position.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin language skills.
  • Able to work onsite in Ortigas.
