About The Role
The Growth Analyst will be critical in driving profitability by managing total shop investments, optimizing pricing, and leading cost-saving initiatives. This role ensures tighter control over margins and supports sustainable growth of our retail business.
Responsibilities
- Manage PnL performance of our retail assortment
- Optimize pricing and discounting strategies to drive sales and improve margins
- Lead cost-efficiency initiatives, including operations optimizations and supplier negotiations
- Monitor key financial metrics and ensure alignment with growth and profitability targets
- Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and category performance to recommend actionable insights for business expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2+ years of experience in e-commerce, business analytics, financial management, or consulting, with exposure to PnL management or commercial strategy
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with internship experience in e-commerce, business analytics, financial management, or consulting, with exposure to PnL management or commercial strategy
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving growth and impact
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (eg. Excel, SQL, or similar platforms) is a plus
