About the Role

The C&B Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payroll, compliance with benefits regulations, integrity of HRIS data, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timekeeping Management: Manage timekeeping systems to track working hours accurately.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for non-confidential employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, changes, and claims, and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
  • Compliance Reporting: Ensure compliance with laws regarding payroll and benefits and submit required reports according to policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
  • Experience with HRIS or any payroll systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
