What is your mission?

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance our HR Information Systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing system functionality to meet business needs. This role will be responsible for overseeing HRIS management, security, system upgrades, data integrity, and reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage third-party integrations, and drive process improvements to enhance HR technology solutions.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Assess and suggest enhancements to HR technology to maintain optimal functionality and efficiency of HRIS programs.
  • Oversee the overall management of the HRIS, including evaluating and selecting system replacements to align with business needs and user preferences.
  • Ensure HRIS and related systems (such as tax processing and file transfers) have appropriate security measures and disaster recovery protocols in place.
  • Configure and manage application programming interfaces (API) and electronic data interfaces (EDI) for third-party vendors.
  • Monitor legislation, company policies, and labor agreements to ensure HRIS configurations and processes comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Administer and manage HRIS configurations, assess system enhancements, prioritize changes, and oversee the implementation of upgrades or database conversions.
  • Maintain and enforce user security protocols within HRIS, ensuring proper security procedures are in place.
  • Develop and manage reports within HRIS for accurate and efficient data extraction.
  • Implement and uphold HRIS procedures to ensure accuracy in all critical processes.
  • Address configuration and usability issues reported by users, refining business processes to maximize HRIS functionality.
  • Prepare clear and professional communications related to HRIS initiatives for various audiences, including the HR department, RMT, and company-wide stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate closely with the Total Rewards Manager to ensure data accuracy and timely processing of annual compensation and benefits programs, such as PREP, bonuses, merit increases, profit-sharing, and match true-ups.
  • Oversee and configure annual open enrollment within HRIS, managing plan setups, coverage levels, and rate changes.
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity by maintaining accuracy, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulations. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard HRIS and payroll processes.
  • Manage accurate data transfers via interface files within HRIS for both internal and external transactions.
  • Utilize project management skills to lead and contribute to department and enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects and assignments.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party service providers, monitoring performance, addressing service issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Prioritize and organize work assignments to meet deadlines and business requirements.
  • Recommend policy changes or process improvements that may impact the department or organization, preparing updates for executive approval.
  • Proactively engage with end-users to identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimize the use of HRIS.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Senior HRIS Analyst with expertise in HRIS system configuration, maintenance, and updates.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Skilled in report building and data extraction from HRIS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail, strong analytic skills, and numeric sense.
