The Role

Warehouse and Logistics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement of products from receipt to delivery.

This role will oversee inventory management, warehouse layout optimization, and transportation coordination to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and process efficiency
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries
  • Drive compliance with safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in FMCG or distribution
  • Skillset:
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to people and process management
  • Solid understanding of inventory systems, warehouse metrics, and safety protocols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and ERP systems
