Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the overall warehouse operations ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and vision.


Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
  • Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market.
  • Manage various analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more.
  • Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met.
  • Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.

Requirements:
  • Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan.
