Logistics Operations Lead - Cabuyao

A challenging role has emerged in our dynamic team.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the return-to-shopper process ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with claims teams to minimize past due items and optimize returns.
  • Work closely with SOC Ops, Middle Mile, and Fleet Management for timely parcel dispatch.
  • Develop and implement process strategies and tactical execution.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide necessary trainings for growth.

Requirements

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics.
  • Attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of RTS and claims processes.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willigness to work in Cabuyao.

Note: This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations and a passion for process improvement.
