Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes to guarantee timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement efficient schedules and task management systems to boost productivity and performance.
  • Ensure that all shipments are accurately processed and promptly delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, and warehousing, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through process improvements and team leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
