Job Title: Mega FM Operations Supervisor

Description

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the sorting center processes, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are achieved. They will create schedules and monitor tasks and duties, managing overall performance and attendance.

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing.
  • Supervisory experience, both direct and agency employees.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS and Google Applications.
