Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Overview

This is a senior-level role that oversees the entire warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and vision. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage warehouse operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct thorough studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through data analysis and market research.
  • Manage various analyses including cost optimization, delivery performance, forecasts, and solution feasibility.
  • Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions and prepared for future challenges.
  • Develop and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
Requirements:
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related fields.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in Bulacan.
