
Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Client Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages of the client journey, and building lasting relationships with our clients.
This is a critical, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, professionalism, and intelligence. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and an ongoing point of contact once they partner with us.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing clients from initial contact through to long-term account care. They will also have experience in conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions confidently, and tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
- Presenting our services confidently and asking the right questions to tailor solutions accordingly
- Guiding clients through every step of the process, from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
- Maintaining communication during the sourcing phase and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations
- Becoming the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluent English — both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
- Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
- University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
