Financial Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-profile role in the finance department of a rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of financial professionals and driving strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Finance Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including Month-End Reporting, cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, this role will involve managing multi-entity payroll processing, tax filings, and other critical functions.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as exceptional communication abilities. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, is necessary. Familiarity with M&A processes and experience working with professional services vendors are also highly desirable.

About the Role
  • Support executive leadership in providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversight of Month-End Reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entities and states.
  • Management of cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with M&A processes and experience working with professional services vendors (insurance, banking, tax advisors, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
