Our Customer Success team focuses on high-value customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic account planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key accounts to foster engagement, build trust, and drive adoption of our technology.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in customer organizations, leveraging these relationships to achieve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to create joint success plans, maintaining a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that support our brand promise of delivering superior cybersecurity outcomes and facilitate the sale of additional services and products.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer success, support, sales, or business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive business relationships and drive success with customers.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable business requirements and develop strategic account plans.
- Fluency in Mandarin speaking is highly desirable.
