Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will involve managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on transactional bookkeeping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting. They will also perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making. They will monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and a deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. They will be able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight and possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fully fluent in English
