Job Title

A high-achieving Executive Support professional with exceptional strategic thinking and project management expertise is required to drive operational excellence.

This role will involve acting as a key liaison and strategic partner to the DGO and COO, representing the department in cross-departmental meetings and leadership discussions, and driving the execution of initiatives across HR, Data, Chat, Lead, and Client Relations.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results, with a background in operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services.

Key responsibilities will include identifying operational inefficiencies and leading process improvement efforts, collaborating with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), and leading multi-departmental projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise summaries.

They will also have advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion, and be able to provide guidance and accountability to department heads on behalf of the DGO.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years in operations, executive support, or project management roles
  • Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments
  • Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results
  • Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion
