
Strategic Account Manager

As a highly skilled enterprise coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.
Your key duties will be to create a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels that exist within certain groups, build customer profiles in our CRM, create promotions, and build and export reports. You will also ensure instructions are challenged and updated across various teams, and build templates as per instructions.
We are looking for a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in administrative support, able to work with minimal supervision. Familiarity with project management tools and navigation apps is a plus. Adaptability and accountability are key.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of administrative experience, prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google suite, ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.
