Business Operations Professional Needed

A dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Accounting and Business Operations is required. Key responsibilities include monitoring business listings, communicating with vendors, drafting correspondence, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage business listings across platforms.
  • Communicate with vendors through professional calls and emails.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Prior experience in a business operations setting is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
