Job Responsibilities
  • Available to work with a 4-hour overlap to US business hours.
  • Join online communities and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
  • Advertise open positions externally.
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates' data.
  • Attend career events and job fairs.
  • Keep in touch with past applicants.
  • Use Boolean search to find qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels.
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Build a scalable process to learn and consult with clients on their hiring requirements.
  • Screen and interview profiles/candidates.
  • Contact applicants and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Report performance on hiring for clients weekly.
  • Participate in client meetings and business reviews.
  • Support internal teams to drive cross-selling for RPO services in other healthcare accounts.
  • Create content and promotions to aid in cross-selling and promoting RPO sub-services.
  • Develop strategies for hiring specific profiles (US Healthcare providers).
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and social media.
  • Improve the hiring process by measuring and reporting on key KPIs.
  • Pursue revenue targets for RPO services.
Requirements
  • Highly Preferred: Past experience hiring Providers for the US Healthcare Market.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Headhunter or Recruiter.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
