Job Description

We are building a cutting-edge HR automation team, focused on delivering smart solutions that enhance employee experiences. We work closely with HR teams to understand their challenges and provide scalable, high-impact automations.

As an Automation Developer, you will design, build, test, and refine complex automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.

Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
