Job Description

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team, providing support with day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling HR documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our HRIS systems and personnel files.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, and exit interviews.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and monitoring our HR inbox.
  • Tracking training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Assistant, or Admin supporting US-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes.
  • A solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Work Arrangement

This is a performance-based role with flexible work arrangements. We offer onsite work with remote flexibility and require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. You will need to provide a quiet dedicated work area and have a high-speed internet connection with speeds of at least 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload.
