Job Title:

  • Senior Product Applications Engineer
Role Overview

This is a highly technical role where you will be responsible for the integration and support of specific ADC products within the Ultra Precision Signal Chain Group. You will work closely with field staff and customers to solve complex issues and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement first-class technical support by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-level differentiated solutions to challenging customer problems.
  • Create successful new product collateral such as evaluation hardware, software, tools, application notes, and product datasheets.
  • Conduct training for Field Applications Engineers and select customers.
  • Contribute to customer engagement activities by developing product concepts, definitions, sensor algorithmic elements, and market release strategies.
  • Drive New Product adoption through multiple channels and track progress against predetermined goals.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong background in electronics, circuits analysis, test, measurement systems, or IC design evaluation methods.
  • Understanding of Analog Front Ends including signal conditioning, ADCs, and interfacing with Digital blocks.
  • Solid knowledge in using bench test equipment and programming languages like Labview, Python, Visual basic, and C++.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for learning new ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills essential for close interaction with customers and cross-functional teams globally.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Able to work effectively with a global team.
  • Reporting into a global team, international travel expected.
  • Customer-facing role with occasional travel to customers.
