Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to serve as a crucial link between logistics and operations, ensuring seamless transportation and supply chain management.

This involves analyzing reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor in-transit reports to identify potential issues
  • Communicate with customers, forwarders, and couriers to resolve requirements and movement of shipments
  • Proactively identify and report transportation-related risks and delays
  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement
  • Implement cost-saving programs across all aspects of logistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
