Job Description

The Operations Associate is accountable for verifying candidate details with the relevant source within a set timeframe as per the Service Level Agreement. The verification process involves updating the system on the status of verifications conducted, including uploading supporting documents related to the activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate verification checks within 24-48 hours from check order date
  • Complete verification requirements, close off checks and update follow-up checks in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with Human Resources/Supervisors and Education/Professional contacts, coordinating in a respectful and professional manner
  • Update verification checks with utmost integrity, ensuring all details are true and factual as per records or supervisor comments
  • Handle confidential information with utmost care, understanding what is for verification disclosure and what is not
  • Chase candidates diligently and professionally for required information to complete verification, and complete Candidate Data Entry for newly ordered cases in the system
  • Update contact cards with information gathered during or before the verification

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Open to senior high school graduates with experience
