Job Description


• Create, review, and manage the distribution of documents such as IMS Procedures, Work Instructions, and other related documentation.

• Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, indexed, and stored in both physical and digital formats.

• Maintain a central document area and ensure that it is accessible to authorized personnel.

• Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Regularly update documents to reflect changes in standards, regulations, or company policies.

• Conduct periodic audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Implement and maintain a document control system that monitors the creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents.

• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to gather necessary documentation.

• Coordinate with Supervisors/ Department Heads/ Leaders to ensure that document changes are communicated and implemented effectively.

• Provide training to relevant departments on document control procedures and the use of document management systems.

• Identify opportunities for improving document control processes and implement enhancements
