Test Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Development Engineer to design and develop high-performance test solutions for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and support the manufacturing release of innovative products.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical foundation in analog and digital circuits, particularly in ADCs, AFEs, mixed-signal, and digital I/O blocks. They should be proficient in developing ATE test blocks for various test parameters and have experience with data analysis tools such as Exensio, JMP, and others.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and successful product release. They will also engage early with design engineers to define and implement comprehensive test methodologies and plans across analog and digital domains.

  • Design, develop, and debug robust, cost-effective hardware and software test solutions for manufacturing release.

  • Validate and correlate test measurements with simulation results and datasheet specifications in partnership with design and product evaluation teams.

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, ensuring product sustainability and resolving production-related issues.

  • Monitor released products in manufacturing, driving continuous improvements in yield, test time, and overall efficiency.

  • Manage and maintain project schedules to meet target release timelines.
