We are looking for a highly skilled Service Order Management Administrator to accurately enter contractual or individual job requirements into our systems ensuring the correct end to end process is followed via SAP and BFS (Salesforce).

  • Process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes – meeting month end deadlines.">

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer is required">
  • At least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage">
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft packages, word, excel and teams">
  • Fluent English is mandatory">
  • Strong time management and self-organizational skills">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment">
  • Good attention to details, high commitment to quality output">
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage">
