
HR Operations Coordinator

This role combines HR operations and executive support, ensuring seamless internal workflows and efficient task management.
You will be responsible for managing sensitive data, scheduling meetings, making purchases, sourcing resumes, and maintaining up-to-date records.
Key duties include:
- Managing payroll, templates, systems, and documentation with precision.
- Scheduling and setting up meetings across departments and time zones.
- Making purchases on behalf of the company in line with internal procedures.
- Assisting with applicant tracking processes.
- Keeping lists and records organized and up to date.
- Communicating clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in HR administration and/or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong data entry skills and comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, G Suite, and communication platforms like Slack or Zoom.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, demonstrated ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and act with integrity. They should be available to work core hours (9am–6pm) and stay later if needed.
