
HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and consider how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
Administrative Support:
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while managing employee data in the HRIS system.
Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
Employee Relations:
Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
