Job Overview

Accounts Payable Specialist - We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/T&E Specialist to support our global finance team. As an AP specialist, you will process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work collaboratively with various departments to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices in NetSuite and/or Coupa, ensuring proper coding and timely payments.
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
  • Support month-end close by ensuring all AP transactions are posted accurately and on time.
  • Review and process employee expense reports in Expensify; ensure compliance with T&E policy.
  • Audit receipts for compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and T&E policies.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records; assist with audit support as needed.
  • Communicate with employees to resolve receipt issues and policy questions.
  • Escalate repeat non-compliance cases to finance management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience in ERP systems and expense platforms highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume transactional work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
