Job Description:

This is a Recruitment Specialist role where you will be responsible for identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources and team communication in Slack
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated and adaptable
