Global Talent Coordinator Role

The Global Talent team is responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining top talent to drive business growth. This role will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They will also possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, interviewers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and I-9 verification paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and implement changes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • College graduate with a degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
