As a detail-obsessed Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making. You will own the customer journey data from first impression to conversion and help us identify growth opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to set up funnel tracking, evaluate creative performance, conduct competitive research, and uncover insights that inform acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and monitor full-funnel tracking from ad click to sign-up to retention.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that surface conversion rates, drop-off points, and cohort behavior.
  • Partner with teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements.
  • Analyze paid media and content campaign performance across channels.
  • Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment.
  • Surface actionable recommendations on what's working and where to iterate.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers.
  • Compile and present intelligence to shape positioning, messaging, and creative tests.
  • Create weekly/monthly marketing performance reports with high-level summaries and deep dives.
  • Work cross-functionally to connect marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel dynamics, and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in event-based analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Highly comfortable working with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions with data.
