Operations Optimization Specialist

This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of Sales and Marketing teams by streamlining operations, ensuring seamless integration of systems, data, and processes to drive lead generation, sales conversions, customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and managing Salesforce setup and optimization for both Sales and Marketing teams
  • Managing and optimizing ParcelHero's marketing technology stack, focusing on Hubspot integration and performance
  • Serving as the primary administrator and expert for both Salesforce and Hubspot, developing strategies to maximize capabilities in alignment with revenue goals
  • Designing, implementing, and managing automated workflows in Hubspot and Salesforce to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
  • Managing and optimizing email marketing automation efforts within Hubspot, including lead nurturing flows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and post-sale customer engagement
  • Buidling, documenting, and maintaining key sales processes (e.g., lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting)
  • Owning all Sales and Marketing data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems, and developing comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Developing accurate lead forecasting models to predict future lead generation and revenue performance

This role requires a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, along with experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce administration and marketing automation, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Sales and Marketing technology stacks.
