The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have experience in scheduling and healthcare or home care experience is a plus
  • Calm under pressure with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to solve problems effectively and think critically
  • Familiarity with software systems and remote communication
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and ability to be a trusted partner
  • Takes initiative and is a strong team player
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules
  • Respond quickly to schedule changes and ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers through VoIP
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing efficiency
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
