Global Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations on various projects. This role requires excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding our products.
- Business Development: Continuously prospect to cultivate new client relationships, including expanding existing accounts and product lines.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies aligned with departmental goals.
- Quotation Review: Review and finalize sales quotations efficiently, taking corrective action as needed.
- Client Support: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure business continuity.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly sales reports as required.
- Client Visits: Conduct client visits to explore sales opportunities and address concerns.
- Accreditation and Documentation: Obtain and fulfill clients' accreditation and documentation requirements.
- Needs Assessment: Assess customers' current and future needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build solid customer relationships through strategic engagement.
- Complaint Resolution: Address complaints or objections related to our products and services.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the general database of clients.
- Administrative Integrity: Ensure the integrity of all assigned sales administrative records and archives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in B.S Engineering, Architecture, Business & Marketing.
- Licensing: Licensing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum three years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in construction chemicals, with varying roles (sales, marketing, technical, and business development).
- Leadership Skills: Managerial/mid-managerial/supervisory experience, with proven leadership skills.
- Industry Exposure: Exposure to construction, retail, commercial, and government projects preferred.
- Negotiation and Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and connections in the industry.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator.
