Job Description

Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to develop and execute a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) strategy across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing loyalty or membership programs, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms. They should be analytical and able to interpret data to inform business decisions.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage vendors and evaluate marketing technology tools.

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with martech trends to continuously improve CRM strategy, tools, and execution.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights, improve targeting, and optimize communications.
  • Manage CRM vendor partnerships and lead platform evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the CRM and loyalty strategy, including lifecycle email and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Stay updated on martech trends to continuously improve CRM strategy, tools, and execution.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights, improve targeting, and optimize communications.
  • Manage CRM vendor partnerships and lead platform evaluations.
