
Office Coordinator

The role of an Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and project timelines. As the right-hand person to a busy CEO, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, coordinating internal and external meetings, and supporting events and partnerships.
This mid–senior level position requires someone who can wear many hats – from bookkeeping to travel arrangements, and from maintaining shared drives to building project trackers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and project management skills, proficiency with productivity tools, and strong reporting and presentation-building skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Specialist or Executive Assistant at mid–senior level
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
As an Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile projects, partners, and industry events while working at the centre of a fast-paced environment.
Work Setup: Fully Remote; Offered as either part-time or full-time
8am – 4pm PHT (earlier start is a bonus, but not a must)
