Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to manage front-office communications, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and coordinate projects. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, entering work orders and invoices, assisting with permit and licensing research, and providing general administrative support.

As an integral member of our team, you will handle various tasks including answering incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately, or taking messages. Additionally, you will enter work orders into the system, update job statuses as needed, create and process invoices accurately and on time, assist with accounts payable and receivable entries, and maintain digital and paper records for jobs, invoices, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with permit/license research or willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing
