- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments effectively, considering factors such as availability and medical necessity.
- Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical record systems, adhering to confidentiality and data integrity standards.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and insurance verifications, providing clear explanations and resolution options.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including communication, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Prior experience in a medical office setting or coordination role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and practice management software is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and external vendors.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
