We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Advocate. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success.

As a Senior Customer Advocate, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues, provide tailored solutions, and implement process improvements.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B-Corp or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, resulting in high client satisfaction ratings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client interactions and data.
