Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve high-volume user requests through various support modalities, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Investigate and fulfill tier 1 & 2 support requests while communicating directly with users and internal stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Diagnose problems and propose possible solutions for short- and long-term improvements.
  • Document user requests thoroughly to provide feedback to leadership and program teams.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to and exceed customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of SaaS customer support experience, intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, and excellent organizational skills. Experience with Zendesk, SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus.
