Role Summary
We are currently seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team in making calls to leads who have expressed interest in business ownership and scheduling appointments with a franchise consultant. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using CRM systems and dialer technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact potential clients via phone to explore business opportunities
- Set up appointments with franchise consultants to discuss suitable business options
- Manage all activities in the CRM system, including call logs and appointment details
- Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed
- Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience
- Previous experience in the franchise industry is beneficial
- Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is essential
- Understanding of basic business concepts and terminology is beneficial
- A neutral accent is crucial as this role involves client-facing interactions
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are necessary
- Comfortable working independently and being self-directed
