Job Overview:

The role of a Carrier Compliance Specialist is a crucial position that involves maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of carrier networks.

  • This individual will collect and verify insurance certificates from carrier providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • A high degree of attention to detail is necessary for accurately entering, updating, and managing carrier data in our systems.
  • The Carrier Compliance Specialist will review and validate carrier insurance coverage for legitimacy and compliance.
  • Data discrepancies must be identified and corrected to maintain accuracy.
  • This role requires strong communication skills to interact with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details.
  • Digital records and compliance files must be organized and maintained efficiently.
  • Collaboration with team members is essential to meet deadlines and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier data in our systems

  • Collect and verify insurance certificates from carriers
  • Review and validate carrier insurance coverage
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies
  • Communicate with insurance representatives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of database management is an advantage
